An M&E validation survey confirms that mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are installed and working to the original design intent. The value is in timing. Problems caught during validation cost far less to fix than the same problems found once a building is occupied.
Our process begins with a design review against regulatory standards and project specifications, then a detailed physical inspection of the installed systems. We follow that with functional testing of circuits, mechanical performance and plumbing flow and pressure, and finish with compliance and safety checks against CIBSE, BSRIA and national standards.
The result is a clear record of what is right, what needs attention and how to close any gaps before handover.
