Which areas does Valserve cover?
We are based at Kings Hill in Kent and work across London, the wider UK and Europe. We have delivered projects in London, Woking, Reading, St Albans, Birmingham, Hornchurch and Waterlooville, among others.
What standards do you work to?
Our engineers follow the guidelines set by CIBSE and BSRIA, and we deliver healthcare ventilation work to HTM 03-01. Every project is commissioned to meet both project specific and industry standards.
What does HVAC commissioning include?
It covers system start up, performance testing under real operating conditions, proportional balancing of air and water systems, snag identification and a full handover with recorded flow rates, volumes and performance data.
